Not sure if this is the right place to post this problem however it is really frustrating.
Driver NEOFLTR_650_15699.SYS is causing blue screens constantly on Windows 7 64bit PC.
On Wed 30-03-2011 22:24:18 your computer crashed
crash dump file: C:\Windows\Minidump\033011-16192-01.dmp
This was probably caused by the following module: neofltr_650_15699.sys (NEOFLTR_650_15699+0x9CE8)
Bugcheck code: 0xA (0xFFFFF80002DFFAA0, 0x2, 0x8, 0xFFFFF80002DFFAA0)
file path: C:\Windows\system32\drivers\neofltr_650_15699.sys
product: Secure Application Manager
company: Juniper Networks
description: NetBIOS Redirector
Bug check description: This indicates that Microsoft Windows or a kernel-mode driver accessed paged memory at DISPATCH_LEVEL or above.
This appears to be a typical software driver bug and is not likely to be caused by a hardware problem.
A third party driver was identified as the probable root cause of this system error. It is suggested you look for an update for the following driver: neofltr_650_15699.sys (NetBIOS Redirector, Juniper Networks).
Please assist as I cannot use my PC normally. Thanks in advance.

unfortunatly configuration wise there is no solution to this matter.
I advise to check your IVEOS version and check the realted release notes.
In the past there have been releases of IVEOS causing bsod and crashes on certain windows platforms with the W-sam driver.
