Using an IP blacklist on Juniper-NS5GT

Is there a way to quickly input a list of IP addresses that I wish to block? I am using a Microsoft IIS5 server, and the method of defining IP addresses to block using IIS’s Directory Security interface is tedious at best. I wonder if we can put this task on the Juniper-NS5GT firewall. I unfortunately cannot find any way to block a large number of IPs and IP ranges from gaining access to the server behind the firewall using the ScreenOS Admin screen. Can someone assist?

Simply, write a policy permitting traffic intended hosts.
Others are denied by “implicit deny” .
