Auth fails on IC4500 / UAC

I’m administrator of a school-network with new EX2200-switches from Juniper and some old ones from Extreme Networks (Summit48i). I configured both switches to do 802.1x-authentication to an IC4500 (running 4.2R4).
My Problem: the Summit’s work just fine, while it is not possible to auth against the EX2200’s, although both are setup with their correct Make-Entries (“Extreme Networks” and “Juniper Networks Inc” in the Radius Client Section) and Location Groups (“classroom” and “it-rooms”). These are the only logs I get:
AUT24327 2012-11-16 16:13:30 - ic - [0.0.0.0] d4a99(EDVO) - Primary authentication failed for d4a99/HTLWrn from 00-1d-72-00-13-00
AUT23457 2012-11-16 16:13:20 - ic - [0.0.0.0] d4a99(EDVO) - Login failed using auth server HTLWrn (LDAP Server). Reason: Failed
EAM24806 2012-11-16 16:13:20 - ic - Radius authentication rejected for d4a99 (realm ‘EDVO’) from location-group ‘Saal’ and attributes are: NAS-IP-Address = 10.2.99.210,NAS-Port = 101,NAS-Port-Type = 15
I don’t know where to look, because of this unspecific error messages - any ideas?
