Wireless VPN users cannot access internal site.

I have been researching this issue for days now, and can’t seem to find an answer to my specific case. I think the problem might be windows related, but was hoping maybe someone here might have an answer for me.
Anyways, we run a Juniper VPN over here, and most users don’t seem to have an issue, but when some users are using their wireless network at home, they can access everything EXCEPT our main intra site. If they plug directly into their modem, they can access it no problem.
We have several DNS suffixes looks like this.
DNS3 <–— This is where the A record is for our intra-site in CNR.
Temporarily we made an A record in AD for the DNS1 Suffix. And this seems to have fixed the issues with people connecting to wireless.
We think it has something to do with wireless and how it may be handling the DNS. Not sure if this is strictly to windows 7 users, or just some wireless routers, but I’m wondering if anyone has ran into this and may have a solution?
I’m not sure if this is enough information to go off of, but if you require more, I’ll do my best to answer those questions.
