Iโ€™m wondering that can i upgrade remotely an SRX1400 running 11.4R6.6 to 11.4R7.5 in high availability clustering mode, (active/passive)

if yes, please help me with step by step procedures and commands,

  • Hi!

If I were you, I would be happy to go for such a nice trip ๐Ÿ™‚

Sure you can do this upgrade remotely and being a minor upgrade (r6 to r7) there should be no problem.

    You have 2 ways.
If you can afford a downtime, then load the r7 software on both nodes and REBOOT THEM AT THE SAME TIME.
Itโ€™s that simple. But the network will be gone for ~10 minutes or so!
(I recommend you to have serial console access, even if youโ€™re remote)

The second option is to use ISSU to perform an upgrade with no downtime.
Instructions are in those KB articles:
    kb.juniper.net/KB17947

and of course expect limitations kb.juniper.net/KB17946โ€Ž

    Good luck!
