Network Connect disconnects unexpectedly in Network Connect 7.2.0



  • Hi Friends,

    In our office, Users are using Juniper Network Connect 7.2.0 to connect SSL VPN. We have allowed port TCP 443 , UDP 4500 & standard C2S VPN port access for specific destination IP. They are able to connect the VPN without issue. While working in Client VPN , network getting disconnects unexpectedly. But they are able to work without any issue while using data card to connect VPN.

    Note: As checked, we are not finding any deny logs in corporate firewall.  Users are not using any proxy to connect SSL VPN.

    Please help me to find the root cause of this issue. Please let me know any other details required.
