WXC 500 for HQ and WXC 250 for Branch

Hi, i got problems on the QoS of voice (avaya).
I have a QoS setup on both devices with dedicated wan mode and a ratio of
60-10-10 for the bandwidth utilization.
My testing would be;
I will copy a file from hq to branch then setup a call to determine if the voice is clear or not.
The result was choppy from hq to branch…
The result was ok from branch to hq
My setup is : HQ -WXC500 -------- WXC 250 - Branch
Im using avaya fone calling to the branch site.
